I recently had the opportunity to take a shower with two shower heads. Yes, you read that right. There were two shower heads placed at a 90 degree angle to each other.
I immediately thought, “Oh boy, this is going to be amazing!”. So, I quickly turned on each shower head and adjusted them to a nice steamy hot temperature, but not too hot. I did notice a slight drop in pressure, but it didn’t bother me too much.
Actually, it was nice… Really nice. The water was falling onto each shoulder simulating a gentle massage. I definitely enjoyed every minute of this moment.
After a while, I decided to start my routine and lather up my hair. Everything was going as planned until I needed to rinse out may hair. After years of using a single shower head, my natural instinct is to lean my head back for the water. Not this time. I leaned back and… nothing. I totally forgot that the shower was raining down from the sides. I did this several times. It was pretty annoying. Needless to say, I ended up choosing the right side every time.
Next up was my legs arms and body. As I was rinsing off, I noticed that I was able to rinse off both arm pits at the same time. This was kind of neat because I felt more productive being able to rinse off more quickly.
Conclusion
For me, I think I could do without multiple shower heads. It was a cool experience but I definitely don’t feel the need to retrofit my bathroom with a second shower head. Instead, stay tuned for my review on this amazing rainfall shower head that I have installed in my bathroom!
