Here are a few ideas that I found to help beat the heat:

I ultimately decided that I needed something where I could “set it” and “forget it”. So, I measured the distance around the edge of my patio and ordered the Pocket Panda Misting System.
I couldn’t believe how easy it was to put it together.
It comes with a tool that easy cuts the hose at any length just like a pair of scissors.
What I really like is the fact that you can disconnect the hose from the mister to change the location of the mister if you don’t like it after you try it. I found this very useful because there was a spot where I had put 2 misters, but it really needed 3. So, I used the tool to push in on the connector. Then, I could easily pull the hose out of the mister. It works like a Chinese finger trap. Amazing to apply that idea to these misters.
It even comes with a small hose filter!
Ok, so you’ll want to place them about 18 inches apart from each other. The idea is that you want to create a curtain of mist that helps block the outside air but also cool of the inside air.
Conclusion
The Pocket Panda Misting System turned out to be exactly what I needed to cool off my patio for those hot summer days!
